The room was clean and offered a comfortable space, complete with a kettle for hot drinks and complimentary snacks. The location was also convenient, being just a short walk from major attractions and public transport.
The check-in process was confusing, and I experienced a lack of communication when needing to enter the premises after hours, which led to some unnecessary stress. The tiny lift made it challenging to navigate larger luggage, and despite the effort to soundproof, I still heard some outside noise, which made it hard to catch quality Zs. The shower had inconsistent water drainage, which was a bit of a hassle after a long day. the early 10 AM checkout felt rushed after a trip filled with adventures.

The location was prime for exploring Florence, with major sights like the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella just a short stroll away, and the stunning Gallerie Degli Uffizi not too far either. I particularly enjoyed my time in the roomy Double or Twin Room which added comfort after long days of sightseeing. There was a lovely selection of pastries at breakfast that set a positive tone for the day. The slight noise from the bustling area didn't overshadow the overall enjoyable stay.

Oh, the culinary gems nearby! Bar Centrale whipped up an espresso that danced on my palate, while Trattoria Bondi served a heavenly pasta that felt like a warm embrace. Plus, the room was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable base for my adventures.
The reception’s early closure at 9pm could leave some guests in the lurch like I was, trying to call in the midst of a dusky Florence! On the bright side, it just added to the charm of being an adventurous traveler.

Perfectly located for explorers
The vibrant energy of Florence enveloped us as we stepped out. The room was spacious, neat, and provided a cozy retreat after full days of sightseeing. The breakfast pastries were delightful and perfect for kickstarting our mornings.
Despite the welcoming location, we faced a bit of trouble with check-in after hours, which left us feeling a tad lost. The bathroom drainage was inconsistent, adding some inconvenience to our otherwise enjoyable stay.

the bathroom ventilator was unbearably noisy, and I just couldn’t believe my ears! also, I needed extra biscuits and was told there was no refill, how rude! to top it off, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, none was offered. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Just a decent option for a short staycation in Florence with value for money. The full kitchen down the hall was a great surprise.
